Hello ! Sir, Why didn't we take equation 3 of IS:4031 Part-2 to find the value of K ? Isn't the formula to calculate this also given in the Indian Standard ?

@@nityanandasenapati4878 If you do not change the area of needle penetration of 25 mm will not be possible within 10 second . So after the increasing time when cement is going to set area of needle should be less to penetrate 25 mm within 10 second.
