PQC design is based on flexure strength , required flexure strength 4.5 MPa in the field at 28 days For calculating flexure strength fcr = 0.7 √(fck) ……………Refer IRC 15 -2017 Page 11 Where fcr is the Flexural strength in MPa or N/mm2 and fck is the characteristic compressive strength in MPa or N/mm2 If we take below M40 grade concrete required 4.5MPa can not be achieved if you calculate from the formula
