Nice easy fix..your lucky most of these old sounddock 1's have dead capacitors under the heatsheild..(the silver surface mounted ones)

I put an adapter in my 5th Gen iPod with 4x128Gb micro SD cards, so I have around 500Gb in storage now, rather than the 60Gb hard drive it shipped with.

it is a new battery from eBay so it should last a while. I haven't tested the time it lasts as the one I use is usually plugged into my car but I have the same battery

That video in 1987 was taken 3 weeks before I moved away from Wigan. When I think back to 1987 I imagine things looking almost as modern as today but I was shocked at how old things like the cars looked. Looked much earlier than 1987 but clearly wasn't.
