No need to trim the comp, to export a single frame just press Ctrl Alt Shift S in windows which adds it to render queue

Awesome, thanks! Little update to Wave coming soon in Cavalry 2.2 where you'll also be able to keep the wave consistent regardless of the lengths of the curves. For example, the inside curve of the 'a' can match the the outside.
