Show the keyframes of any selected layer: "U"
Right Click / Guide Layer
"B" and "N" to define the preview area at your timeline.
"F9" Easy Ease your selected keyframes
Select your keyframes, right click and "Rove across time". Dig into that on your own! Great trick indeed.
