Reminds me of a smaller Chet Holmgren but with more athleticism to make up for the height difference.

He and family are from Maine my home state. Small town boy. Whole family are hoppers including his parents and twin brother older brother. They all studied Larry bird. I think he is going to be great in the nba. I really love that he plays defense.❤He wants to show that you can come from Maine and be a great nba player . I hope he achieves his dream.

Lol fastest guy you’ve scouted and he’s a 2 athlete. Judging a 6’1 guys athleticism based on dunks seems like a dumb metric. There’s no way his athleticism is a negative, neutral feels more appropriate

Different archetype. He’s a better shooter coming in but his size is not close to OG’s. Obviously he can gain weight but OG is 6’7, 7’2 wingspan, 230 lbs. Walter is 6’4ish, 6’10 wingspan (still very impressive) and will never be 230 lbs. He’s probably gotta be more of the quick feet annoying defender than the physical but still stupid athletic one like OG is. I like his upside on offence a lot tho

@@roslolian11 No, no. I'm not asking hypothetical. Who was there at #5 that is a better prospect than Ron Holland who was ranked as the top prospect before he got hurt? They won 14 games last year. You can talk about fit if the core is working. Right now it's about finding building block players. Holland has a chance to be that.

Sarr is a project. Much more so than Risacher and Clingan. Loads of potential for sure, but I’m not sure he’s a good fit for a team that wants to compete for a championship now. Trae is entering his prime and Jalen Johnson is on the cusp of being an All-Star level forward. Risacher has the size and skill to contribute right away with meaningful first team minutes. So does Clingan, who has a NBA ready frame while Sarr would get pushed around on defense by bigger NBA centers. I’d be happy with Risacher or Clingan at one. I wouldn’t be mad at Sarr either, but I would understand if the Hawks go in a different direction.

I don’t think the Holland slide happens. It’s a different draft than last year’s Whitmore slide, and Holland’s defense is a more universally translatable and desirable skill. If he does, that’ll look like a major steal especially in this draft.

I really want to watch your 1st round but as a Grizzlies fan, I'm offended by your prosed pick. Let me tell you this, if Memphis takes anyone that is a short as carter, I will sto watching the team for a while because that means they are not trying to win. You you tube guys love guards too much and you can find them anywhere.

if you a perimeter player then you are either a primary scorer, primary ball handler or a 3 and D. castle can handle the ball but can he become scottie pippen, let alone Luka Doncic? castle can score but can he become zach lavine let alone kobe? castle can play d but can he 3? thus he is an interesting prospect. he has enough tools and skills that if he fixes his flaws he can be a legit star player with size and positional versatility but if he doesn’t then he a career back up or a very flawed starter.
