Not supported on the Reolink app? 1 BIG point deducted! Zooming in showing too much blurred image, another BIG point deducted! So nothing BIG improvement on the latest features, what a great disappointment!

it works nice, but you need one step in the process too much. rather than clicking into the camera's features menu and click 3D-zoom, it would be better if you could immediately select with your mouse on the frame and draw the rectangular zoom area. I use the RLC-823S1 to track my dog in the garden. this works perfectly, but my Malinois is smart and already discovered if she walks upto the camera and stands right under it and then move right or left, the tracking will stop. This happens especially at night when IR-lights are working. Since the camera is mounted on the additional cornerbracket against the corner of my house, I suspect that the distance to the wall is still too close, where the IR-lights reflection from the wall interfere with the camera's tracking sensors.

Why it's not supported on Reolink App?

does this camera capture 2 people going different direction ? and we can zoom in what they are doing ?

What happens if your router is compromised or hacked? Since this is connected to your router (which has internet) does that make it potentially accessible, or is this an extra layer of protection? Obviously this is ontop of keeping your videos off the internet / cloud, but i am wondering if your router then becomes a weak point, or if this also has its own encryption and security, that renders this almost as safe as NVR?

It's a shame they didn't go back to the original Lumus power cable setup. Having a long cable from the camera was so good for locating the camera in a useful position without worrying about an exposed connector. I'm sure there's a reason for it but the result for me was a big drawback on an otherwise awesome camera (2K version).

I have a house full of Reolink cameras, both inside and outside. They almost all have two problems. First is latency when looking at a live feed, or reporting events. Second is radio life. Out of the 12 or so cameras I have owned, fully half of them stopped working after 1 to 2 years.

I was using the rio link camera with nvr and on my phone. after sometime cameras are not working on my phone and the nvr red light is blinking. tried to get contact with customer support but no help so far.
