G'day I have a Duo2 and Duo 3V, They give me exelent coverage. However not being able to get more than 6MP on the Duo 2 and 5MP with the Duo 3 connected to my Reolink NVR is disapointing. Reolink should make incompatability issues clear in the promotional material.

@@CraigMullins1 Yes It is just older hardware variants that have the issue. Even with this problemthe images being stored are a higher MP than my display can process. The problem is when I try to digitally zoom the image during playback to see more detail of an event. I lose image quality sooner, more MP = clearer zoomed image / increased detail. The "missing" MP has no impat on live view untill I try and zoom the image. Live view digital zoom is not available for the Duo 3V on these older NVR machines. I suspect all Duo 3 variants have the same problem.
