Can plantar fasciitis affect your Achilles’ tendon? I started with heel pain and now it’s on the bottom of my heel AND the back. The tendon area is tender and painful to the touch and almost unbearable to walk. I’m curious because I can’t find any information that confirms whether my PF may have caused this
