@mototechsam3051 Thanks for commenting. Who said I was too old? I'm racing harescrambles and enduro, only on a more capable bike now; KTM 300 XC-W. I still have my Moto Guzzi V85TT for onroad and adventure riding. 👍🏻

This is great practice Tim! Finding the release point and getting used to it ... getting the ability to pull up the wheel and knowing how much clutch and throttle ... all good. A handy skill for instance is being on a hillside trail and being able to pull up the wheel to the high side of the trail and turn around 180 degrees to go back the way you came. And practicing in a low risk situation is always better than doing it there on the hillside for the first time!

I just had surgery. Mine was severe. I have 4 fingers involved on my left hand. The Doctor operated on ring finger and pinky. I have been completely contracted for 20 or so years. I have a long recovery ahead and PT. It's been about 10 days. My skin graft is healing well and I can see the fingers for the first time in years

I've had the bike out twice since I posted the video. Mostly single-track. Some narrow and technical, most wider and slightly more flowing, but all in woods. Lost of woops and lots of sand. Bike seems to handle well and I'm pleased with it.

Looks fine, go hit some logs and chop, see how it feels. It should not be a pillow when you're siting in the driveway pushing not it, etc. ...

definitely looks stiff. All that matters is if it feels good though. Try pushing the bike down from where the seat ends and gas tank starts because there is the balance point. If it isnt compressing the same amount on both sides, its imbalanced and will definitely feel bad when riding.

Your surgeon seemed to suggest the most expensive option My surgeon did a needle aponeurotomy in about 5 min this morning All good almost no pain Splint for a while

@GeorgeSickinger Congratulations on your procedure. I am aware of the needle procedure. But my doctor said my condition was too severe and advanced for the needle procedure to work effectively and long-term. Thus, the surgery.

Does the keyless ignition have a security switch or anything or do you have the O.E.M key switch for it? I Wouldn’t want someone to just hop on it and take off with it if I stop on the trail or at a restaurant along the trail.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I’ve had dupuytrens for a few years now. It progressed quite quickly in my dominant hand recently so I chose to have the less-invasive needle aponeurotomy 2 weeks ago to release a contracture in my palm Below the ring finger. It’s worked well and I can now straighten my finger completely. I still have an annoying, sensitive nodule in my palm which I’m planning on having steroid injections for to - hopefully- soften it and reduce its size. I’d prefer to avoid the fasciectomy surgery that you had to minimise complications as well as the lengthy recovery period. Its been a few months since you posted this video so I’m wondering how things are going for you now?

Hello. Yea, I was thinking I was going to get injections too, but the doctor said it was too severe for shots to be effective and last a long time. I'm great now. Sometimes my pinky starts to contract just a little, but I can work it back because it's just from scar tissue. My left hand has healed well, though I have a sensitive area or two from the surgery I guess. I'm looking forward to having my right hand done in a few months over winter. Hello Kal. Unfortunately, many people do not live in a place like I do, so to get thrills they have to ride fast on straight roads, or mostly straight roads and highways. It's easier to have fun on twisty roads at reasonable speeds - 30 70mph. If you don't know the roads well, you back off even more and it's still a blast.

Hello Tim, I was born and raised in Mabscott. As a child I lived at 214 Spruce St. I went to grade school at Mabscott Elementary grades 1 thru 8. My Great Grandfather Kester Thomposn worked at Mabscott Coal Co. for years as a company man. Called a coal inspector. I recognized so many places in your video. The shoe store is where I got shoes. Behind it was a long gone sign over a yellow brick building. That was Sunbeam Bakery, ate a lot of that bread. I currently am a retired engineer living i Colorado. Always worked in the coal industry. Where are you from?

Hello Earl. Thanks for enjoying my video. My wife and I moved here about 5 years ago from Illinois. She works at New River Community and Technical College. But I was born and raised in Michigan. I bought a drone with the intention of making videos for pay, but it didn't really pan out. The Mabscott and other videos were for practice. I am so interested in the history and the terrain around here. It's really interesting and beautiful. I really like living around here. Thanks again. :-)

Ha ha. I just looked at this video. It was a long time ago. I hope I'm a better pylon racer now, but maybe not much better. That was a Sweet Vee loaned to me by Danney Coe. I had destroyed my own airplane the day before. It was my first Q40 race and I didn't have a backup. Thanks to Dan I got to keep going and had a blast.

Great video!! Looks like a blast of a road to ride on, the only curby roads we have here in MI are more of a sweeping curve bit they're still fun! Watching stunt videos definitley tarnished my expectations, totally was waiting for a wheelie when you first turned onto the road 🤣
