My birth place and where I went to college . When I left they were just beginning to build on to the exhibition coal mine. Eisenhower Drive was a mess to get around once they built the Walmart. The one thing I liked about the road was that it lead to Grandview State Park. My favorite part of the park was "Nature's Air Conditioner" (two boulders together) located at Turkey Spur

I live in NC but i have a once in a while GF that lives in Beckley off Eisenhower close to that GO-MART gas station up on the hill. I see some homes there for sale CHEAP but i also see Beckley has high crime? Would you advise buying a place there considering if the price was right?
