My eb2 priority date was march 30, 2023 ROW and thanks to God my FAD is current and hopefully receive my green card soon. I have filled my i485 AOS in first week of October 2024. When do think I will have the green card in my hand ?

Awful. No matter what hey do nothing will fix this mess they are in. They need to increase the quotas and not count dependents as visa number. It's appalling that the public has to guess what USCIS, a government agency, is doing. Disgusting

Charlie's prediction: EB3 ROW average of 1wk/mo of movement in FY25. Given that currently is December 22. Does this mean, if one has PD of December 23, which is 52 weeks away. That would mean it would take 52 months for PD December 23 to be current or about almost 4.5 years just to move 1 year? Or if ones PD is December 24 and let's say it's going at the same rate that would be about 9 years to be current? Am I understanding this correctly?

Given that the addition of unused FY2024 family-preference visas to the FY2025 EB visa numbers tends to have the most impact on EB1 backlogged countries, I was wondering if you had any insight on that?

Thank you Charlie and team. Very up-to-the-point details. Can you tell us how can we expedite or get attention to our case if date has become current but no change in status for many months? The status was last updated 12 months back to Case Remains Pending when visa retrogressed. Received a response on service request that "case is under review and there will be an update shortly". But no change since last 2 weeks that status was received.

Nowadays, it takes over 3 years to get a Green Card via EB3 ROW. Find someone to marry, folks.

No Charlie, no Marlie can give hope that EB3 ROW PD 4/2023 will be current even after two years of filing in 4/2025! It will be TWO years since my PD of 4/2023, and there is still no Filing Date to become current. PD 11/2022 Final Action Date was current in just 1.5 years! They are lucky!
