Out of idle curiosity, seeing as I haven't played this game in a decade, what is the point of this battle? Do you get Odin as a summon? Super rare loot? Street Cred?

There are new Higher-Tier Battles that you can fight. They are rehashes of the originals but you select the difficulty. They also drop new Gear. Odin Particular has two pieces that are currently BiS for some jobs for the time being.

It used it at 48%. I'm guessing it did low damage because of Tidal Roar, which lowers attack (my speculation is that Zantetsuken X's damage is based on its attack vs. the targets def, and if your defense is lower, it's an automatic KO).

Curious, I am working on a project and trying to find clips from this game (right now, mostly regarding the Shadow Lord, and I notice you have some solo runs against him), are you alright people content creators using clips from your videos as long as they give you back proper credit?

He is wearing Vocane Ring, Repulse Mantle and Dashing Subligar. Although it's rare he can still get knocked back by certain TP moves like Altair Bullet or Savage Swordhand.

It's because you need to attack them to spawn the Spite Wardens, killing the Circles is what makes the wardens targetable! Hope I helped! Zarloft From Sylph, On Asura now! (:

The tank is a RUN/DRK and is spamming Absorb-TP while they kill the Gyve to make the Spite Warden targetable. Lilith has super low magic evasion to darkness, that you can land dark based stuff very easily.

@@mgarcar1255 Absorbs work this way often. High Meva to the element would mean reduced absorb HP. She takes increased absorb darkness "damage", so stands to reason her absorb TP resist in that phase is very bad.
