This really dovetails nicely with the new moon in Scorpio episode… I’ve had a sort of breakdown/breakthrough with all the areas in life where I’m just not present AT ALL. And how detrimental that is to my overall quality of life. I find myself checking out constantly through the day. Staying with a task or focused on a person almost feels painful because I’m so used to escaping the present moment. Somehow I have felt powerless to course correct till now. There is a new energy coming in that is making it truly impossible to keep checking out. I think that if I implement scheduled check out times through the day, I can avoid doing it all the time. Like 15 min after lunch to consciously scroll or watch a video, 10 min before cooking dinner sit down and check email, things like that, where it’s no longer just all the time through the day. Really sitting with the discomfort of, why am I reaching for my phone right now, what am I really trying to avoid doing or feeling?

Sky...you are speaking directly to my Soul..for this whole episode..but specifically @33m 44seconds (funnily enough I'm a Life path 33!!) you speak about soul transformation-'completely releasing long held Trauma'-,that's held me back for so many years, and i go back and get my degree, which is exactly what i do as pluto moves back into Capricorn ♑ in my 9th house with my Midheaven @20°, opposite my sun in Cancer, conjunct Jupiter (7.5° apart) conjunt path of fortune and Mercury...I am literally going back to finish my degree after 16years - when pluto first entered Capricorn...my 8th- (I don't use whole house)...this was the real entrance of my dark night of the soul, a lot of crisis', generational Trauma...now as i finish up this Pluto cycle, I feel I've taken a quantum leap at resolving and healing my trauma, beyond anything I thought possible, and going back to complete my education played a major part in that, i could literally write a book about it... maybe 🤔 I will.its actually incredible. Now I prepare for next Pluto transit where it will Square my Taurus ♉ Moon 🌝 & Ascendent, and square Uranus in Scorpio, (my Descendant)...😮whilst opposing my Venus in Leo ♌ conjunct Saturn...🙃I'm ready !!!...I actually can't wait...I've prepared and feel I will actually be completely transformed in every way possible after this transit, if I stay intentional and vigilant...
