Thank you Sky. I realized this recently. That the adversity I'm facing is an important part of not avoiding the real changes that need to be made on a deeper level. I've been pretending (a little bit) that I'm not really struggling, but accepting that I am was a major turning point in things getting better.

This is lovely and grounding Sky! I just wonder that maybe there is a line somewhere and one maybe has to feel into what is the right course of action in a given situation? A lot of friends have been moving away and it leaves me quite solitary. I was thinking I need to be more pro-active and get out and seek social interactions. How to know if I'm instead supposed to "be" with the solitude, insofar as that may be just the season I'm meant to be in?? (question is rhetorical, i'm just musing 😜). Thanks for all that you do!
