Hyena's are one of those animals that when you look at them you can't help but think what the hell are they? a wild dog? a cat? a mix of a leopard, wild dog and a wolf.

i know everyone doesn't respect the Hyena and its not hard to just look at them, their low backs and arses and raised ugly noses and the fact that they are scavengers and just overall have a snidey look about them but i tell you i would not want to be on the end of a hungry pack of them, they have serious teeth and jaws that can chew through a lion or human like butter.

I don't understand why a mother would not feed its cub(s), unless the cub was sick?. Makes no sense from an evolutionary and survival perspective. How sad - normally cub videos fill me with joy - this one was the exception. Thanks for chronicling this all the same.

Hyenas physical appearance seems so deformed to me. Those long necks and their back ends are way shorter than their fronts. You have to wonder why they evolved to look like that. what is the advantage?

SO cool! The bird with the fancy hair struts through like he's saying "what's goin' on"? Like he owns the place. lol. The Lionesses almost breathe in sync. The croc is barely visible laying in wait for a meal to swim by. Thank you so much! It was a beautiful day in the neighbourhood today,
