Hey What should I do if my period starts in the middle of seed cycling? I mean I did not complete the full 1 month yet.. I am on my 14th day And my other friend who is also giving it a try with me she got her period on 18th day of seed cycling So should we continue according to the method? Or should we again start from the first day of period and eat pumpkin seeds and flax seeds? Please replyyy

Good information on what to eat for a healthy pregnancy. However, linking it to preventing autism is no longer up to date. It could give misinformation. Could you remake this video with all your great research and relabel it as a nutrition guide for mothers with autism? More likely than not, if your child has autism the parent has it too as it is genetic and not “preventable”.

I bought B6 100mg nature valley vitamins because that is all they have. My plan was to cut in 4ths (25 mg each) and take TID. Is this safe? The back of the bottle says “WARNING not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers…” Is this because of the dosage? Is my plan safe?

Hello! Is 150g of Paneer (a kind of fresh cheese), 150g of Yogurt, 250ml Milk, excess dairy in a day for an adult woman? I have PCOD and I recently became a vegetarian and switched to more dairy for protein. I have started experiencing stomach pain/bloating recently. Can two-three months of this much dairy affect gut health?

Hello. Firstly, I'm not a doctor, but I feel for you and wanted to offer some suggestions. There are many factors that influence fertility. It may be that your progesterone levels are too low, for example. There are medications you can take that directly address this issue. Please seek a fertility doctor for some advice, ideally someone who understands natural family planning methods. It may also be the case that you have endometriosis, PCOS, or other conditions that affect fertility. These are more wide spread than you think, and many are treatable. Again, see a good doctor for advice. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family 🙏

Wanna know some fun facts about the German medical system? Since we supplement D3 for many years already, I was aware of this connection to gestational diabetes and we certainly did not have any problems with that. My wife was pregnant and her doctor didn't measure her vitamin D3 levels a single time. My trust in the medical system goes towards ZERO. I told this story to a friend from Luxembourgh and he was like: "WHAT?? Here they were checking the D3 levels once a month, when my wife was pregnant." Without enough D3, nobody can really be healthy. It's like driving a car without any motor oil. The list of health problems derived from D3 deficiency is nearly endless, so I would say: No matter what health problems you have - get a good level of D3 in ANY case. I believe that babies which do not get enough/any D3 from their mother during pregnancy also have a higher risk to become a (chronic) diabetic later. And most people in the West ARE deficient in D3 because they spent most their time indoors (office/at home) or they have been "warned" about the sun in such an absurd manner they are using sunscreens all day in summer, which is 100% blocking the UV-B light necessary for D3 synthesis on the skin... It makes me sad to see the majority of children here in Germany looking like ghosts, having very bright/pale skin. It's a very good indicator their D3 level is way too low, since the body is reducing melanin production when D3 deficient to let in as much sunlight through the skin as possible. Now, many of these pale children get sun allergies and their parents use sunblockers again or limit outdoor time / sun exposure. I have a case like that in my family. The good news is: If your child starts supplementing D3 the sun allergy can disappear entirely. Just make sure you do NOT follow the official recommendations of 1000 I.E. / day for an adult. This general rule makes no sense already, since someone who is 100kg needs to take twice as much as someone who is 50kg. If you spend one hour sunbathing on a warm, sunny day, your body will easily produce 20.000-30.000 I.E. D3. For an adult with 80kg I would recommend at least 5.000 I.E. per day to get out of a deficiency. There was also a lot of fear mongering about overdosing D3, btw. But the body is just storing it, if you take too much. If you check the wiki article on what actually happens when you overdose on D3 - it's "hypercalcemia" - too much calcium released. Which can easily be tackled by also supplementing some magnesium to restore the right balance between magnesium and calcium. But yeah, this is just scratching the surface. I'd recommend Dr. Eric Berg on YT to get more of the essential information. It's worth every minute, you might not just get rid of your potential health problems, you might also safe other people around you from a lot of suffering. That's also the reason I spent like 10 minutes of my life just telling you about this - I won't profit from that at all, but you will.
