This is the 2nd GLP vid of yours that I watched & I'm really feelin your vibe. I totally identify with a lot of the things u say. Esp in your last vid where u were afraid to inject in the thigh, SAME! 😂 I just did my 7th injection the other day and so far I've only done my abdomen and just once in my arm. IDK either about why the thigh scares me so much lol. Maybe bc lots of people say they don’t get as much appetite suppression so maybe it would be better for someone just doing maintenance. Also I heard it hurts like a b***ch🤣

Our journey are almost identical!! I’ve been vlogging my GLP-1 journey as well and I started my heaviest at 229! I would love to get below 190- it’s been years since I’ve been that! Congratulations on getting under 200! 🙌 I’ve been watching your videos from the beginning and you are GLOWING!! I can see such a big difference, you look slimmer! Love the progress ❤

Congrats on your progress 👏 I just completed my sixth week of Zepbound 2.5 mg and I lost a total of 15.6 lbs so far 🥳 I'm super pleased w/ my progress bc I didn't wanna lose too fast n get saggy skin. I've barely had any negative side effects. Just the very first injection for those first couple days where I had body aches / tenderness, slight nausea, and sleepiness. After that I was fine. Only occasional slight nausea here & there. For the first month I had days where I didn't have a BM but I took stool softeners and that resolved my issue. Now im back on my regular daily BM sched 🙌. Like you, I have not felt the need to titrate up. So I’m sticking with the starter dose until or unless it starts being less effective. Btw your daughter is adorable😍 love her purple braids and her silent Chick-fill-A shout out 😆

I'm on the 7.5mg now of Manajaro for 3 weeks I'm noticed I'm having stomach cramping and dirreah like I have had a colonosphy procedures. I was on the 5mg of Manajaro I didn't have any side effects. I noticed I'm not hungry until around 2pm in the afternoon. The scale say that I have lost about 7 lbs in 3 weeks of being on the 7.5mg. I was on Ozempic for 10 months and didn't loose any weight. I'm praying this dose I'm on now will be my successful weight loss goal. I want to lose about 65lbs.Congratulations on your journey

Congratulations 🎊 I’m 5’3..2 years ago I was 190 in size 14, day of GPL-1 I was 190 in size 12. I was more active and was on Keto so my body composition was different compared to 2 years ago. Water weight, inflammation plays a factor along with height etc. we all carry weight differently. I’m currently in a size 6 at 139 lbs all due to my GPL -1 journey.
