@@bubbba. switch over to a presence techniques. I can’t tell u everything bc I don’t know what’s going on within u but what ur explaining is quiet normal because your mind is a lot quieter. It’s not about observing as much as being the observer so just switch over to being present. As long as your present your doing it right unless your overthinking it. Presence eventually stops feeling magical but it’s still very effective.

Bring presence Into the whole school year. When ur in class be present, when ur doing a test be present, when ur doing HW be present. It comes down to a commitment to presence first. It sounds like u still have analytical thoughts your feeding.

@@bubbba. no literally put attention in your body. As long as ur aware of ur body your doing it right. Just put ur attention inside your body. It’s extremely simple but when u start overthinking it ur just letting ur mind creeep in the back door instead of just directly being present in ur body

Yes thank you ..I also read the power of now then I found my guru Mooji but I watch his videos he’s in Portugal 🇵🇹 so I can’t actually talk to him but his pointing are clearing up my head inner space to complete transcendence I’m understanding realizing more an more I am definitely going to persist sometimes the mind tries to use my lack of understanding to attack I’m grateful there is more awareness thank you so much blessings

Thank you Andy. I got the book finally. It’s written in a very concise manner. Thank you for doing such great work!!! What you talked above is happening to me… I have been manifesting quite well. Yet, it fell flat recently. Your video is just the right time for me when I need it. My wife now gets the hang of manifesting and I have to admit, she’s doing it much better than me. Now that I look at her, she doesn’t have the resistance or trapped emotions like i do. That’s probably why she’s doing it a lot better. Thanks again for all you do. I do see a big difference comparing you to other teachers. I got stuck at a plateau and you help me move forward. Deeply appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Chester, sorry to dis agree with you. It’s truly 100% how it works for me and for everyone. Please take a look at your life or outside conditions and see if that actually reflected your inner thoughts now or at some point in life. @@RS48333 see that’s precisely the problem. There’s a whole world of difference between practicing a few times a day versus prioritizing it all day from the moment u wake up. It’s your approach that’s the inefficiency not the technique.
