@@RS48333 see that’s precisely the problem. There’s a whole world of difference between practicing a few times a day versus prioritizing it all day from the moment u wake up. It’s your approach that’s the inefficiency not the technique.

@@andysvibe111 It feels as if I am cup with its water spilled out. It also feels I am stuck in my head a lot asking, analysing and then I get burnt out driving myself mad lol
