Basically everything you said here I agree with. I lived in FL for a decade and didn't find the people that friendly. I'd take Hawaii 10 times out of 10. Only thing better I could see with FL is it's easier getting out of the state.

You forgot to talk about a HUGE factor when comparing these two states and rhat is the amount of freedom each one has. To everyone reading this, just know that Hawaii is worse than California, New York, Illinois & New Jersey when it comes to the vast amount of ridiculous and oppressive laws the State of Hawaii has. Florida is much better when it vomes to freedom and they are on the right path to only increaseling the amount of freedom in that state.

Technically you don’t have to have mountains to hike. Sure it’s a plus to see beautiful mountains, but hiking is a long walk in wilderness or country by definition. Florida has alot of hiking trails.

As far as temperature goes not all of Florida has the same climate. That’s the biggest misconception people have of Florida. In the winter North Florida (Panhandle) gets to 20’s-30’s and even sometimes snows❄️ ! Central Florida in the winter gets to the 30’s-40’s in the mornings/nights. And south Florida is pretty much tropical so it stays in the 70’s-90’s. Florida is a HUGE state with 2 time zones. We’re not all one climate

I would choose florida for inshore fishing and being able to dock your boat plus better housing bigger house and land for cheaper being able to travel drive Hawaii is very pretty and the weather is better and the people are more friendly but i would get island fever it depends on what a person likes best

Hawaii is much more better, cooler, and awesome then Florida because I hate Florida!

I’ve always wanted to live in a hot humid tropical area in the US. But living in Hawaii is very expensive. Also, Hawaiians hate white people so it’s very hard to integrate in Hawaii.

I would like to see other types of breeds of dogs to hunt mnt lion . For instance the breeds are. Dogo argentine, weimaraner, the rodesian ridge back and the EUROPEAN doberman, german shepherd and the pitbull , cur dog ; and the rottweiler as well the , cane corso dog. To be trained and hunt mnt lion.

I would say that Key West and the Caribbean should be compared. Florida is not so homogeneous as Hawaii. I hated living in Hawaii so I would much rather hit the Caribbean.

My husband & I actually lived in Kihei (Maui) Hawaii for 3 1/2 yrs, before moving back to our home state of MI. Since we had acclimated to the warm weather, winters seem colder than we remembered. We had been considering a possible try in FL, but after only 3 min. of this video I can firmly say we will not be doing that. LOL Hawaii was already too hot, and the cockroaches were unbearable. If FL is worse, it would be torture for me. Thanks for the info!
