I like the idea of trying it and this is a smart way to do it The only thing I'd change is tying towards the top or bottom as the knot in the middle seems like it'd throw off the notebooks, does it seem to do that?

In the US they have been pretty liberal lately and have just recently removed the mask mandate where I live and sure enough, now my brothers entire family has Covid! My cousins family also, they said. So we've got a lot to learn still about how to handle it right here. I hope things get better for everyone all over the world very soon! I'm so So SO thrilled to see you back!!! I really missed your videos!!! The homesickness that you felt for Vienna and loneliness that you experienced when you first moved to Shanghai really resonated with me because I felt the exact same way over a decade ago when I returned home after having studied abroad for 4 years. Being back in my hometown actually gave me a culture shock and spending most of my free time with friends instead of my family was my coping mechanism. It took a blow up fight between me and my mom to mend our relationship because I finally let her know how miserable I had been and why I was rarely home. Eventually, though, I found my groove and rebuilt a support system for myself. Although your transition is made even more complicated by COVID, it will get better over time, Alice! Hang in there!!!
