Ahhh sorry Alice to hear you are so home sick! It is hard to make friends when relocating in general, maybe go onto some hobby type workshops or courses to meet friends, or go clubs for foreigners/Facebook groups.. just a suggestion. But I hope you can find a way to let your journal help heal, I find it helps by writing your thoughts for your own privacy. It doesn't even need to be decorated or scrapbooking/drawing, it can be spread of just words, so you can spill your heart out, if you don't want to use your beautiful journals, maybe buy a separate notebook just for thoughts. Hope you'll feel better soon.
