Will you remake the videos for units, or what are u doing for this year to help people prepare?

Sir, can you add Turkish subtitles?
@Chem-kimyaКүн бұрын
It would be much better if you could voice it in Turkish with artificial intelligence.

Jeremy Krug is the sole reason I got a 4 on the AP Chemistry exam, I genuinely believe the videos created on this channel are the best by far for AP Chemistry studying and cramming. If you see this comment and are taking chemistry, I HIGHLY recommend subscribing.

Mr. Krug I usually don’t comment on KZbin videos but man am I glad I came across your channel🙏 I was thinking of dropping the class and decided to search on KZbin how to study well and this video came up just in time. Posted literally a few hours ago. I find myself comparing myself to the kids in my class and you addressing that specific issue is something I’ll take as a sign to keep going. I have tons of work to do that I procrastinated on and have to finish last minute, but from now on I won’t. Something about your video makes me feel at home, and thank you for that. A lot of other channels on KZbin don’t have that. Thank you for uploading this video when you did because I would’ve dropped the class the first chance I’d get

AP Chem is a tough class, but if you follow through, I know you can do it. After the year is done, you will be very happy you completed this course and extremely proud of what you've accomplished. Hang in there, you're going to do just fine!

Can you combine more than 2 elements? Like could you have cesium aluminum Phosphate?
@JeremyKrug5 күн бұрын
Yes, it is actually quite common. As long as the total charges of the cations balances out the total charges of the anions, it works just fine!

at 16:16 , what does the ^-1 mean in molar mass exactly? Does it always have to be written this way?
@JeremyKrug5 күн бұрын
This just means "per mole," and you don't have to write it this way. You can write it as grams/mole or g/mol.

When drawing a Lewis diagram do we need to account for the molecular geometry??? If we don’t do we lose points on exams 😢
@JeremyKrug5 күн бұрын
If the question asks for the molecular geometry, then you do need to say it. If it just asks for the Lewis diagram, or electron-dot diagram, then you don't have to say the molecular geometry.

Hey Mr. Krug! First off, thank you for these videos! I have a question about what is necessary an elemental analysis and why/what is the advantage of using them. I know a couple video topics ago you said you can find the formula units.

There are some instruments we can use in an analytical chemistry lab to perform an instrumental analysis; one that comes to mind is called the ICP - inductively coupled plasma - we can run a sample and determine which elements are present, and what percentages of each are in the sample. Thanks for watching!

@JeremyKrug11 күн бұрын
Wood is mostly hydrocarbons, and they're undergoing combustion, so the primary products are CO2 and H2O. However, some of these compounds undergo an incomplete combustion, so we actually get a variety of carbon compounds, including carbon soot and carbon monoxide, among others.

If you've already done Physics C as a junior, AP Chem as a senior will probably be about the same difficulty. If your math skills are good, you should be in good shape!
