Sadly this full of contradictions in the contents. If Sigmas are so self conscious, self reliant, does not need external validation and etc then is it even possible for all this to happen? Sure people like praises but you wouldn’t think Sigma don’t gave a hoot about other’s feelings or praises for them and would actually question their ulterior motives when they give all these praises and emotional manipulations. Furthermore, Sigma is just a term created by the social media and this type of personality are usually created in people that have suffered numerous emotional trauma and manipulation in their lives and survived. These individuals became good at reading body language and micro expressions and would constantly review and examine people’s interactions with them. If they don’t go this far would the society even call them lone wolf? Especially if they can’t even cut people off from their life at the tiniest sign of manipulation when the other party is clearly interrupting their peace?
