from your video series i was exposed to babel AND blood over bright haven :) read both and i have to agree with you - i like blood over bright haven better!! then, i recently finished the poppy wars - loved the first half but unfortunately didn't vibe with the second half. have you read Vera Wong's Guide to Snooping?? one of my fave cozy murder mysteries ive read recently ((((:

atp just pull up a google doc and write an essay. Writing about it will make you understand and memorize what you’re reading then highlighting and underlining everything 😂

Hiiii! Watching your videos always puts me in the coziest, most relaxing mood! I recently read two books from an indie author I think you’d really like! :D her name is Ireen Chau and the series is called the Witches of Olderea, with The Herbwitch’s Apprentice being book 1 and The Herbwitch Princess being book 2! They made me feel like a kid again, the writing is super cute and whimsical and to top it off Ireen also ILLUSTRATES her own books! The art plus the writing (and cats, lots of cats! :D) was so fun! Anyways yeah 100% recommend checking them out have an amazing day! :)

As I was watching your video and you were talking about 'Water Moon' and you showed us the front page, I saw the author has also written 'Before Ever After' which I read years ago and really enjoyed. What a great coincidence! Now I have even more reason to pick up 'Water Moon'. It's funny how you read an author's work, enjoy it and then forget to check and see what else they've written as their work gets lost in your library. I need to read more of her books as I like her style. Thanks for posting about it!
