What I did for my hair fall control. I mixed 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in my liittleextra coocoonion shampoo during application and I kept on continuing this for approximately 3-4 months and I saw my hair fall reduced a lot.

Oh no… I’ve used bleach a day after color oops and it reoxidizes the pigment to full size instead of small molecules. You can actually have a bad reverse effect using bleach right after color oops!! 😅 be careful everyone

There is definitely stuff to do right outside the resort but you will need to book a shuttle if you want to go to where you can party

3/4 days of weights 2 days cardio 3-6 sets in the gym for an hour average. Every workout I end with abs. I was sick for 8 days and ate whatever I wanted so my abs weren’t abing lol but yeah.., lol
