There is NOTHING dry about this foundation 😂 and it’s not “140” it’s 14 o as in olive

I tried this foundation when my skin was extra dry so yes the foundation felt drying on my skin since it was looking for moisture. And thank you for letting me know it meant olive cuz I had no idea.
