The thing about the lights is that it's the darkest time of the year so it was meant to make things less depressing. I fucking hate christmas more than anyone, but the lack of light is genuinely awful and makes me feel tired constantly. It didn't bother me when I was younger, but the older I get, the less my health can keep up with it without tons of supplements. Just today I woke up and it was night before I even got outside. Obviously this does not apply if you don't live north up enough.

Christmas is the birth of Jesus. In which he was born in the summer but we have to many holiday's during the summer months. All the other crap that has to do with Christmas is bull.

I think people are entitled to celebrate ( or not ) Christmas, however they want..I find it deeply hypocritical that the entire world celebrates the birth of a religious figure,yet at least half of the population never steps inside a church. Christmas has become more of a festival of food and without any cause,present giving..Why do we celebrate some unknown man's birthday,but not the guy across the road or around the cornor?? I see nothing but sadness when the season arrives. Loved it as a kid. I guess the fond memories of my childhood have changed to a sorry state. Every year now the Christmas season makes me feel worse. I have a serious case of anxiety and depression. Without medication I can not function. There is this feeling that goes through me I can't explain. Christmas is when Jesus was supposed to be born. Fact is, December 25th is not when he was born! Nobody knows when this happened. So actually there is no such thing as Christmas. Tank Abrams, You can't prove God and Jesus don't exist. On the other hand I can't prove God and Jesus do exist. That is the problem of this subject. Since there is no proof on either side,people go nuts and say anything they want without proof of anything. Believing in God is through faith , not proof. It is between God and yourself. Only you can believe . Nobody can make you believe. Look at life around you. Especially at night when it is quiet. You can feel Gods presesce. Trying to help.

You say you can't afford to eat right? Dude, you know nothing about nutrition. When was the last time you checked the price on bulk chicken breasts, oatmeal, dried green peas or spinach? Eating right has nothing to do with cost. You could spend 200 USD at a five star restaurant and be surrounded by people that are just as out of shape as yourself. Your problem is that you want food to taste good. I spend less than a half hour eating each day, so why should I give a rat's ass about taste?

White wine gourme :-) 1$ for a quarter of a galon :-) I'm a fat person myself but I don't eat fast food if I can. I ate last time at Burger King maybe 2 years ago and McDonald about 4 years ago. McDonald in taste doesn't even begin to compete with Burger King, but both are really really awful, one can get food or even fat with much better and healthier food than the BK or McD. In McD I really despise the smell - hay with meat, boiled, fried in lots of oil. That's the topic you are good at.
