When I was working as a medical editor, and still today, I like to wake up early to do Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning SAVERS routine (silence, affirmation, visualization, exercise, reading, scribing). Then I eat breakfast, post my gratitude on the 365 Gratitude app’s social forum, then work from 8-9 to 5-6. When I’m done, honestly I don’t make myself do a ton of “things.” I’m all about my self-care evenings. For me it’s an Epsom bath, journaling, movie time with hubby, and bed.

Use the same method for falling asleep. Works wonders. Needed this years ago

Veggie quesadillas are my go too quick dinner. I cook up what ever veggies I want. Usually peppers, onions, zucchini, mushrooms and I throw in some black beans with cumin, garlic and paprika or you can use taco seasoning. Then I put it in the tortilla and cook it in a pan on both sides until the tortilla browns and the cheese melts.

For me my dream life is working from home so I've been applying to different companies that would allow myself to do that. I have 2 cats and I always miss them when I go to work. So I'm hoping that by working fome home it'll allow me to work on myself a little bit more. I can see imagine myself thriving in that element. I do have an interview tomorrow with a company. So fingers crossed.
