It's kind of funny how much time we spend doing prep work, chores and sleeping, only to have a few hours here and there to actually do anything meaningful. Hopefully in the next life we can just pursue what we want to all of the time.

starting today, giving myself 90 days, I blocked my toxic contacts, took a nice shower, deleted apps/games I had addictions with (that was pretty hard ahah), went from falling asleep at 2am and waking up at 5am to falling asleep at 10pm and waking up at 6am... what a good start for day one !!
