I learned to take my gym clothes to work with me. That’s the only way I can actually get to the gym after work 🙏🏻 I can change in the locker room & don’t have to stop at home first, which always resulted in me hitting the couch.

I do the same thing with my workout clothes when I get home! I try to lay out the outfit before I leave so it greets me when I walk in the door. I also try to get done in time so I can eat dinner. Working woman weekday struggles!

I like what u mentioned in ur last part of the video. I know i have a mental list of what my ideal day wud be and choose from those things in the moment, intuitively. So when i wake up il ask myself how am i feeling, and what do i feel like doing. Sometimes i rather take it slow, or sometimes i am awake to be productive. After work i ask myself same question and think of all things i like to do, what things i want to do in the moment. That being said, i have my non negotiables, such as priotising sleep, and doing some form of exercise. Whether it is running if i feel energetic or yoga if i want to move but in a slower and gentler pace. :)

Yess stretching feels soo good but I often forget to do it😭 and time blocking definitely helps!! I try to think of it as an outline for my day and that it’s okay if I don’t stick to it exactly but use it more as a guide and a game plan for the day 🫶🏼

@ I noticed that in most of your videos you're kind of struggling with finding the time to cook. Have you ever thought of meal prepping? It was a total gamechanger for me!

@@annagreg4438 i should try that more!! My only thing is that I really don’t want to eat the same thing for dinner every day. I cook extra dinner every night so I have lunch for the next day which is like a mini version of meal prepping my lunches hahaha
