Thank you for platforming this terrifying event demonstrating the ever increasing corruption and criminality by the Governmental Enforcement Squad ( formally An Garda Síochána) highlighting the need for an armed civilian population. As far as I'm concerned this brave Irish man IS ON THE PUBLIC PLACE OUTSIDE OF THE COURT BUILDING TO EXCERCISE HIS FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT to make video on the public place. Those two corrupted clowns who harassed him with their illegal demand to leave should lose their job with immediate effect...However its not gonna happen here in the Ireland of course. That AGRESSION & INCOMPETENCE of that court manager is more than beyond line....NORTH KOREA....

You are dead right sir , as far as I can remember if a serving member of the guards stops you .I believe its your right as a national irish citizen (not the ones that being handed an irish passport after 20second in the country types) to convers in gaelic irish and you have the right ot an interpreter. Knowing our clowns in gov they wrote that out of the irish constitution because they hate ireland . This is from a a person whom is irish but not fluent in our language ashamedly .

John O Boyle was proven right by keeping his course open ensuring the health of his customers. They could roam freely in beautiful countryside and not contaminating anyone else. The government now is allowing every migrant into Ireland without any papers or vaccination records. During the lockdown in England over 100, 000 Afghans guards were allowed into England without any vaccinations. .?

Those are corporate court. You can’t expect them to act any other way. They are the boss and you are a member. He can rationalise his decision as pragmatism in order to avoid costing the court translation fess. If the judge knows you can speak English, then he can declare you as being with attitude. It’s not a constitutional court. It’s a summary court so judge’s word is king. The courts were also privatised in the 1990’s. Not the place to be looking for justice. A civil case claiming you were deprived of said right might be more fruitful? Well done in your fight. I admire your gumption.

Yet when I ring the ESB I have to wait a half an hour( I'm exaggerating but it takes quite a while to get the Irish off) for the Irish option to come first and I have to press a button to get rid of it.. I have good Irish not quite fluent from 20 years ago.. Irish is the first sign on all official transport and I'm sure tourists get lost looking for the English. So they can do it when they feel like it. I was on the Dart here in Dublin maybe two weeks ago and there was an incident on the tram Dart and there was an Irish sign about how to text to a number in the case of an antisocial incident that I couldn't understand the sign so again they can use Irish when they feel like it
