in Ireland, the Gardaí may legally enter private car parks, such as supermarkets, churches, hospitals, golf courses etc, to enforce the Road Traffic Act, or to investigate offences under the RTA. This applies if the public has access to the car park, by foot or by vehicle. The private property thing is a red herring.

Do you know if you have an incorporated council an incorporated Gardai an incorporated judicial system Any country with a central bank has you are under Maritime law Not the Constitutional law. You will find they are all off shore accounts with numbers. Someone needs to ask the judge if he is working under his oath? Here is the argument the garda can make in court. That it was an ANPR alert from a marked car that pinged for tax. And he gave chase in the unmarked car. This would give some validity to the road traffic act. Not a fan of a gardai. This is a clear compo attempt.

The RTA applies to private car parks accessible to the public by foot or by vehicle. This applies to car parks in places like supermarkets, churches, hotels and golf courses. The garda was entitled to enter the property to enforce the RTA.

This is the height of criminality in relation to the Garda actions and fraud , that Garda was in no distress or didn't seem to have any injuries let alone serious injuries, you're talking to rural and ordinary citizens and people that know the gardas MO on a regular basis in this country and the corruption within the judicial system, this could be any law abiding citizen getting framed here. The constitution clearly states that the right to peacefully enjoy your private property is "antecedent to and superior to all positive law, it the road traffic act. He has a constitutional challenge pending in the high court that has been dragged out since last November, because they know they can not win it. The circuit court had no jurisdiction to proceed pending the outcome of a constitutional challenge and the judge knows it. A first year law student knows this FFS
