God is good! Being four years past the pandemic, we all learned to be flexible. My daughter and granddaughter lived with us at that time. Everyone being home 24/7 was one thing we had to be flexible with. It was not always easy, but we learned to handle it. Some days were hectic and frustrating, but we made it through.

That’s where I am the old habits, gained 2pds , now 4pds trying to lose so I can get back to goal weight, and I wasn’t ugly tracking but then I did. I did the holy mess 3day diet, and my -weeklies went down but now it’s Sunday and I’m starting over in the positive. I’m really going to try this week, I didn’t lose on holy mess, I weighed earlier will weigh again, but it was a good reset. My body felt like it did when I first started on weight watchers where I was having a grumbling tummy so I know I’m moving in the right direction. I also have to start exercising again the combo for me I think helped me lose weight. Thanks ladies, baby steps. There is someone else I follow where she says do 2cups veggies, 2cups fruit, 1 protein, and a low pt carb I think. And less sugar 😊

My weight stayed the same but I feel better and know what to do to shed the 4pds I gained and have some new recipes. I will weigh myself again. I am on ww I ate all sugar free items.

I was very hungry day 1 or should I say my tummy was, it was just grumbling. I just kept eating last thing was an apple that did the trick. Day 2 was better but now day 3 again with the grumbling tummy. I’m eating and drinking water. I stay the course.

Although Covid and the situation you talked about were four years ago, I still took this message to heart and know that even on a daily basis, I have to be on my guard and watch what I eat and how much time I spend doing things like binge watching TV shows.

I feel that I have several thorns in the flesh. My weight and back pain. I have been overweight most of my life and struggle with it. My back has had issues with chronic pain for over 20 years. I have had a few years of treatments with injections, medication, and two surgeries.

Day four! I am doing this study November 2024 but I am reflecting back on the time of covid. I enjoyed having my granddaughter home and doing school online. It gave us more time together. We played games, worked on puzzles, and did crafts.

Hi thanks for the video, it’s too confusing for me to be jumping from app to app. It’s like why do people need weight watchers if we can get macros and calories from other apps, just saying why pay WW when you good get the whole package from lose it or MyFitness premium for less? Thank you Sara & LaNette for this great video. I have the all or nothing mentality and struggle with emotional eating. Also, I tend to always start my diet over on Monday. I really need to stop this and stick to the plan. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength! 🙏
