never drop calories below your bmr ,create your deficit between your tdee and bmr. bmr is the calories your body needs to function properly. so if your bmr is 2000 and tdee is 2700 for example, eat 2100-2200 to lose weight , unless you want to screw up your metabolic rate

In dance class, this is called "angel position" and it is hard to do unassisted with bands, but great for opening up the front of the hips. Great for core strength.
