This video was really helpful! Using a tennis ball for restoring hypermobile hips is such a unique and effective tip. If your next video shares more tips or stretching routines to improve hip flexibility or comfort, it could be really beneficial for many. As an SEO specialist, I’d be happy to assist if you ever need help with growing your channel.

i feel like discovering i have hypermobility and this channel was eye opening for me. 1. I'm not alone. 2. It's not in my head that i'm ALWAYS in some level of baseline pain/ ALL my joints throughout my body feel like they're constantly clicking 3. there are exercises that work for me and my body!

Thank you for all your hard work in producing your videos. I feel lucky that when I started on my wellness journey, I had a mentor that highlighted the value of lighter weight and slow and controlled as opposed to fast and uncontrolled.

I loved this workout but i will make one suggestion if you're open to it - my wrists were hurting even after the first round. I couldn't make it to the third because of it. Everyone is at different levels but generally speaking I think putting weight on one joint repeatedly could easily be an issue for most people. I think it would be extra awesome if the moves shifted how the weight was loaded on joints a little more often (maybe plank walk outs, to squats, to mountain climbers, to crunches, to bear crawls?)

I an quite young (still a teenager) but recently I have had to try to redefine what I consuder as painful because I have always experienced some level of it, if I could still function normaly at that level of pain when the physio or surgen would ask if I was in pain I would say no. Now i have realised that that is not normal and becoming unable to do ceratin sports has made this even clearer so I have decided to tu and find a diagnosis, my only problem being I dont really trust my doctor, when I told her I felt like I was going to pass out on a regular basis she told me to eat more despite me having gained weight over the last 6 months.😭
