One thing to consider, having the exhaust to go through a water/heat exchanger, or through a radiator to get that heat too🤷🏼♂️

of course it will never in the world heat up not even the 40 liters of water, let alone the place, as it takes like 20 minutes to heat that 10 litres in my Omega 2.5DTI WHILE the engine is also running :D

nice job! Just a question: is it tricky to correctly connect all the cables when it's not mounted on a car or a minivan, where all the connections are alredy designed for the D3WZ?

You need to insulate if you want to keep your heat.

Yes losing lots through roof, i have used this installation as test rig for other heaters i was fixing.

Lots of heat lost through all metal siding and eaves. Fuel must be cheap where you are.

Krzysztof Polek was there any special programming interface required to turn on/control the heaters or was it all just connecting the correct wires to + and - ?

Not for D3WZ just 12v. But i have bigger one from land rover which require circuit board to emulate start and stop signal from ECU, i have all this ready it will be subject of next video.

Would you know why my car is having trouble it has fuel,air,spark and I don't hear any chain slack im not sure what's going on the

I would recommend to check injectors next, then fuel pressure. What is mileage on your car? is typical failure to pump losing pressure and injectors to drip instead to spray fuel.

@@krzysztofpolek2236 well we checked all of that the car even has a new fuel pump in it, after we replaced the fuel pump I drove it for a good month and a half then the car started having starting issues and every time I would attempt to pass 3500 rpm the car would die out

That's really cool despite the noise. I may fit on in my boat before the winter. Is there a limit to the amount of radiators you can fit with that Eberspacher? Could you fit four large ones?

Hi Pedro. D3WZ heater is only 3kW heating power, more radiators mean they warm up slower and and lover temperature. I am working on device which allow to run Webasto thermo top v without the car or dedicated controller. They are 5kW modern heaters. Prototype is working now update of my video coming soon. Device will be for sale as well. Regards.

1flynlow I did not get this far yet. There is electronic egr with 3 coils so i need to cheat ecu that they are still connected or remap ecu, other way i get engine fault light on the dashboard every time engine warms up.

Bodywork was pretty rotten like floor and rear wheel arches, mechanical part not bad. I think new injectors and fuel pump make big different but car was running before repair. Now has New suspension and paintwork but this is preventive maintenance i would say.

I know this is 2 years later but check for slack in timing chain, fuel, spark if so both check compression.
