I am getting this surgery on the 24th of this month as a result of a varicocelectomy surgery last year I developed hydrocele. I am scared about this surgery

You gave the food in London a 6.5 but then proceeded to show and tell us how nice it was, including the english breakfast, asian food, desserts and the coffee? Each to their own but seems you couldn't shift the stereotype of the UK having bad food.

I need this done on my left testical. Thought it was a hernia at first cause I have had 2 hernia before and kinda feels like one. Testical is not that much bigger than my normal one. Did this feel like minor shooting pain in groin area for anyone? My doctor told me not to have the surgery which is weird. It’s just feels like I have to adjust my testical. And I get minor shooting nerve pains. Other than discomfort did anyone have pains?

Hey I hope you're doing better now. I LL go through that surgery next week. I have few questions to ask you if you don't mind for sure: 1- how many days did you have to stay in bed to fully recover? 2- on the fifth day after the surgery, were you able to walk ? 3- did your doctor take off the entire tissue surrounding the testis or was it just emptying the sack and seal everything back? The draining tube type was Penrose or jackson-pratt? How does the scar look as it gets older? Am afraid and bit nervous because I have prior commitement at my job and I only can rest for 5 days before resuming my "normal" life.

Same day 3 years later! One week later feeling better. Mine was painful.

I’d like to see an update of this at some point. Life out west is so much different from the south and eastern half of the US. Visually, culturally everything is just different.

You went to the wrong places

Many English people normally start to eat Sunday dinner between 2pm and 3pm. London is much larger than New York but the buildings are lower and there are more open spaces. There are 4 parks in London that are larger than Central Park, the largest being 8 times the size of Central Park, this doesn't include Colne Valley which is only part inside London and is 18 times the size of Central Park.

I did that move and returned to Arizona. Florida is worse in the summer than Phoenix plus so many bugs and snakes ! Prefer Florida in the winter !

I actually built a home here and in retrospect I wish I'd just invested the money from my home sale and rented, but it's hard to go back to renting after you've owned a home! Terrific video. We spend about a week in London sept 2018. Loved our trip with friends who lived there. Hard to see everything but they brought us to two great restaurants, Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurante and The Crypt. One of the Best memories of trip. I can’t believe you didn’t go up in the London Eye. What an absolute ride that was, great views at top and went nice and slow for photos

Alot of people visit Florence and forgot about Tuscany...you should have done a day trip to Siena or the other small towns in that area
