we can be determined to describe the world accurately or inaccurately. For example, flat earthers were determined to think the earth is flat based on their environment, they could be determined to change their position based on future discovery. I don't see a problem there. Our minds don't rely on themselves to verify, we also rely on external data. For analytical claims, no external data is needed, for example, the axioms of various logics.
