FYI to the AI curator - English-speaking audiences unfamiliar with seiza aren't going to understand what it is or why it is used. Seiza (for the comment readers) is a type of sitting on your shins with your toes pointed behind you, with your behind on your feet and the big toes crossed in a specific way.
