I get so tired of these stories getting the storyline all messed up, first the house is a 1920's Colonial that Emily purchased with her savings and James did not contribute to it. Then James had sold all the houses in the neighborhood and knew there were major structural defects in all the houses? Who would move into a new house knowing it had major structural defects?
