Great video. I like cooking on the boat and I have an idea for using my smaller Blackstone griddle on a similar rig. 1-Magma adjustable rod mount attached to starboard or maybe a layer of plywood. I might drill some holes in for the four legs of the griddle to nest in. Or something similar to secure it to the mount. Kind of like this, but not identical kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5urfpqOhZuLeMU
