Wow, so much to unpack here. Thanks for uploading this. You touched on a few very difficult topics to deal with emotionally and intellectually. I commend you for that despite your own personal life struggles. I will say that happiness is not an end goal in and of itself for anyone. I think what would be healthy for people is to have a vision for your life with short-term and long-term goals. Happiness are small moments in your life with successes for that vision or in other things, like receiving birthday gifts and Christmas gifts. Or getting a new deadlift PR😊 our life experiences whether good or bad, all cultivate us, refine our vision or bolster us to press even harder. Loneliness is a very tough one to tackle. You can have all the friends and family in the world and still have a sense of loneliness. I think our maleness or femaleness plays a big part of this too. As a father of three and a wife of 10 years, I too feel lonely at times. Mostly because it's just part of the male experience. We are required to put our heads down and grind hard for our families. I do not know the female experience or equivalent to this, but I am certain mothers have to do the same exact thing in their own way. So it's important to be a part of one or many different communities that help color our lives for what our individual needs require. It could be CrossFit, church, or a tight-knit group of work buddies. Thanks again for the upload.

And not comparing myself to those who are better off than me... until I searched for my father and my family and became among them today. I have truly found happiness and inner peace, and despite that, I am still discovering and searching on this path.
