Troy Bilt tuneup | Visual step by step to tune up the 2017 Bronco | shows tools needed

Hi y'all! It's mowing season again in and here is a video showing a tune up for those of you with a 2017 Troy Bilt riding lawn mower. This could probably apply to any mower with the Kohler Courage 19hp 597cc motor.

Thanks for your video. Where the oil come out at I didn't know there was a notch I needed to turn to. Maybe because it's so dirty. I'm going to make sure I give it a bath. I never serviced it maybe that's why I needed a new carburetor and I only got a click out of it. It was leaking gas and when I pull my spark plug out gas came out. I'm still working on it I hope it hasn't been a month.The way my grass look it seem like a Very good video thanks

Great job Tina! Very impressive since I assume this is your first time doing this! Was worried you didn't check the spark plug gap but then I saw the end of the video. Glad the mechanic checked it for you. Don't sweat forgetting about the plug wire. Little things like that happen to me all the time & I've been working on all kinds of different machinery for many years. Just so you know, Kohler is the " Cadillac" of small engines. Now go mow like the wind!!

I realized she didn't put the plug wire on but thought whoever reminded her to put fuel line clamps on likely put the plug wire on.

No one reminded me to put the fuel line clamps on. I sat and figured it all out except the cover which I called someone to trouble shoot and that was the only thing I’d missed. Started like a champ after that and the mechanic said well done.
