I enjoy listening to him doing a take on a Rolling Stones cover of Jumpin' Jack Flash.

Growing up in the 70’s. Always loved this stuff! The raw, but musically strong stuff is what I’m talking about! Missing that in today’s music.

I saw him at The Fillmore East in 1968, on a bill with Sam and Dave. What a show!. I was 16 then, I'm 72 now, but I remember it well!

Clem Clempson or Jimmy Page?……..
@SyonNathanAaronAstinHewson4 ай бұрын
Very difficult question to answer Jimmy Page is a better improviser but Clem Clempson really plays those blues so well so I don’t think I will ever be able to fathom it out I think on reflection I have to say I am going for Jimmy Page yet some of Clem’s solos bring tears to my eyes they are so inspiring I think Clem Clempson knows what a broken heart is

Johnny winters was the best I ever saw and I saw hundreds. At Woodstock they asked Hendricks what it was like being the best guitarist in the world and he said I don't know why don't you ask Johnny Winter.

Johnny really gives it all to you, on every number. you think he would run out of ammo and do everything he knows with as much material as he packs into every tune.. I saw him live back in the 70s, but I don’t remember where. It’s not my fault. The place was full of smoke.
