Man, thank you very much. I just did this path with the help of your guide on the background while I was at it. I died some times due to some dumb errors of mine and to not so good picks, like choosing 6 star rank 2 Massacre to fight Gwenperion and losing the incinerates like 5 times, doing close to 900 hits (I did it with Vulture in normal difficulty and it was also a similar long nighmare), but it was a good run over all. I don't have neither of the options that you suggested to counter Punisher 2099, the closest I got to a power control champion on sp1 was 7 star Rocket. I know it sounds counterintuitive due to his well known low block proficiency and health, but to my surprise it worked really well. In fact TOO well, it was the fastest fight of the whole run and the special damage on block was bearable. I also used 6 star rank 3 sig 120 Daredevil H. K. on Electro Luke, and it was a similar history, I started with fear of doing a regrettable decision but it turn out well. There was more interesting fights but I will keep them with me to not write a bible of my run in the comments. So I will end saying that I got Man-Thing from the reunion crystal, which I love it :D , I have always loved Man-Thing since his released. An underated attacker. But anyway, thank you again for your work. I will be waiting for the path 2 guide.

The text about him getting a steady buff, where it says immune to. Does that mean anyone immune to abilities?

So I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking, but the steady buff means that he can’t glance. He gains this at the start of fight vs Tech champs, or when he’s immune to an effect (he’s immune to shock and power drain, so any time a champ or node tries to shock or power drain him, he will get this steady buff)

Michael, so I understand the thought behind it. But Bill has been out like a day or two, we don’t know what Bg defenders he actually does work for. He hard counters the top techs yes, but he may well end up working really well for a big range of champs. My point is really let’s just wait for some showcases, give him some time to settle into the game. A champ doesn’t need to specifically counter serpent, bullseye, photon or maestro to be good in BGs. Obviously it does help because they’re meta, but I think Bill still has potential

I took white tiger to r2 ages ago unawakened, then I pulled kushala and kushala is very flashy so I learnt kushala and then started to regret using the resource on white tiger. I knew she did hulkling nf and a few others but But recently I took her to war and she did really well so I started using her in BG more and realised her versatility she is with just nuking. I think white tiger is gonna be like tigra situation where everyone hasn’t learnt her kit well enough to fully understand her power

on the relic part ik someone touch on it in the comments already about the dash back and in for the precision with you not 100% on which relic to run test the dash back and back in on the ghost rider one to see if it works/is consistent. also for WT vs onslaught it's better to go for light intercepts so you don't crit as much but I only do that while I'm ramping.

oh and obviously you don't need to do the dash back from relic if they are about to die loses you a second but I don't think I need to tell you that but if you make a updated showcase with new defenders or something it might be something to mention.

I R3'ed her 3 months ago and she has been taking on all kinds of defenders in wars and BG. She does really well vs science champs also. Unlike most mystic champs, she does not just 'shut down' vs science champs. She just have to avoid 'wither'.

Yeah any science champ that messes with ability power rate really does shut her down, tried her against photon and that was just terrible haha - any time you get a debuff (basically every basic hit) the petrify just stops you gaining power 🥲

Indeed she can. Always having a special ready is an utility in itself. Her sig is underrated also. Having a massive power gain towards the end of the fight is a great safety net.

The sig is probably mostly noticeable in BG sort of fights, where you don’t get the ramp for the furies that come later. Unduped he’s great for these sorts of fights in this vid, because you get the furies later. But in BGs when unduped you’re missing out on the attack increase from culforce charges, so it’s more noticeable The death immunity is pretty nice for questing and incursions, but no I don’t think he *needs* to be awakened. He still has almost all his utility - which is incredibly strong. You’re just going to miss his sig slightly

I’ve heard about you via Vega but haven’t had a chance to watch your stuff yet so this is the first. Thorough and succinct. Well done sir. You’ve earned my sub! I’ve pulled Prowler recently as a 7* and while it does appear he definitely benefits from awakening and high sig, do you agree he’s still worth R2 unawakened?

Hey thank you so much for this comment, I shared with vega and he really appreciated too!! So as a 7* unduped you’re losing about a rank of damage - as in an R3 unduped is like an R5A/R2 duped. So an R2 unduped is like an R5 duped but unascended prowler He may struggle a bit in BGs vs other R3s or high damage R2s but he is still an incredibly solid domino counter, amongst others - and he will crush war and questing for you. Really it depends where you are in the game and whether you think he’ll benefit your roster over other techs, if he will then he’s definitely still worth ranking, his utility is very unique and useful
