I make deconstructed sushi all the time. Most because I can’t be bothered to learn how to make sushi and can’t afford to buy it all the time. I just take sticky rice and add chopped cucumber, smoked or canned salmon, soy sauce, sesame oil, crumbled up nori, ginger, black pepper and sesame seeds. It’s delicious hot or cold.

its a higher temp, around 130F. the water is controlled and kept at that temp with a special machine for it... the technique is called sous vide

How much time did you put on the pressurd cooker?? Does lower time help with histamine. I had a bad histamine reaction but i cooked for 20+ hours in my slow cooker

Depends on the air fryer. Yours looks like it defaults to 385, mine defaults to 395. Try 400 and 6 minutes a side as it looked a tad overcooked.
