I make deconstructed sushi all the time. Most because I can’t be bothered to learn how to make sushi and can’t afford to buy it all the time. I just take sticky rice and add chopped cucumber, smoked or canned salmon, soy sauce, sesame oil, crumbled up nori, ginger, black pepper and sesame seeds. It’s delicious hot or cold.

its a technique called sous vide. he's cooking it at a controlled temp with a special water heater made for cooking food

its a higher temp, around 130F. the water is controlled and kept at that temp with a special machine for it... the technique is called sous vide

Heres the thing...i love an egg on a burger, but cooking it long enough to get a medium on the burger would overcook the egg and cookingnit short enough to not overcook the egg, would leave the patty raw...

How much time did you put on the pressurd cooker?? Does lower time help with histamine. I had a bad histamine reaction but i cooked for 20+ hours in my slow cooker

@@cprivera1 great question! We put it in for 90 minutes on high pressure. The faster time helps! And be sure to divy up your broth into small containers to freeze faster 😊

Caramelizing takes hours. Nothing wrong with just browning them, but you should say that instead.

You can get great caramelization in about 15 min. Look up caramelized onions in 15 minutes using water 🔥

Depends on the air fryer. Yours looks like it defaults to 385, mine defaults to 395. Try 400 and 6 minutes a side as it looked a tad overcooked.
