"Copy Nothing" However, I know I've seen similar ad campaigns for other products. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it seems very familiar. Very "gay."

I just don't understand who they target this ad to! We are talking luxury EV north of $140K, does that customer identify with this ad's bullshit WOKE/DEI values? I hope the cars will be on another level, otherwise its next stop is the grave!

It all stems from the gay, CEO trans DEI LBTQ activist. He has intentionally done this to ditch all previous 'normal' customers, who he hates and is intolerant of, his name is Adrian Mardell!!

No it is definetely "way off" Trouble is that only largely white, middle aged men will be able to buy the new E JaGUar. Founder William Lyons who said " copy nothing" certainly did not have this crap in mind.

Anybody saying its aimed at younger people then get this. Younger people cant decide what fkn gender they are let alone what car they want to buy, and that life changing decision won't happen until they've paid off their tax payer funded student loan and entered the real world.

Alienating 99% is because they are now only targeting the 1% like the people in the video but their bosses… the ones who design oompa loompa outfits and get paid millions for it. It’s for elite theys and thems. The ones believe in DEI and socialism.

They won’t go broke. Unlike bud light, people won’t stop buying them cause most can’t afford them anyway. This is a rebranding. They are transitioning to a niche brand. The people who will by this are liberal CEO’s, PHD’s, upper management elites, politicians. The DEI woke mafia boss mobile of the hunger games. They will drive it like a pride flag in a parade proudly! While putting masks on us working class so we don’t breathe on them. This is a car for those who already can afford a Rolls but want more capital G…

The more I see of Jag ad discussions and the more I hear from professional designers, the more I think it is all a spoof intended to stir up conversation of what Jaguar "Should be". I expect the 12/2 event to show a more traditional design language with some sort of "Ha! Made you look!" joke. If so, it worked. When was the last time anybody was talking about Jaguar? Now everybody is.

If you want confirmation the new branding isnt a troll, check this from Google AI search: "Yes, Adrian Mardell, the CEO of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), is a member of the LGBTQ+ community: He has spoken publicly about his experiences coming out, inspiring others He has been a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and representation. He marched in the Birmingham Pride parade in May 2023, the first ally CEO to do so. He has championed DE&I initiatives at JLR, believing that differences create creative strength. He has advocated for the LGBTQ+ community at internal events and in company-wide messages. He has said that JLR supports those who are not able to be out, while continuing to fight for equality, inclusion, and acceptance. JLR has a global commitment to DE&I, with an International DE&I Manager and programs to engage employees in events, collaborative learnings, and speaker series." As a loyal Jag customer (2 F-Type and F-Pace SVR with glorious supercharged 5.0L V8 since June 2022), I am appalled and disgusted with the woke agenda. Which coincidentally happened after Tata founder Ratan Tata passed away Oct 9. Looks like they have been hijacked by Blackrock/Vanguard ESG and DEI Then there is this - new board members since early November SWARNA RAMANATHAN CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER Swarna has 20 years’ growth strategy development and implementation experience, working across the automotive, consumer and energy sectors and she joined JLR from McKinsey & Company where she was a Partner and leader in McKinsey’s Centre for Future Mobility. Swarna’s experience at McKinsey & Company encompassed a range of areas from corporate strategy, transformations and implementation, new product development and innovation, operations transformations in procurement and supply chain and new business building. She led McKinsey’s European practice on Mobility Retail, bringing the latest perspectives on how changes in the mobility sector are influencing automotive OEMs, fuel retailers, and thought leadership on how the EV charging landscape is evolving.
