I fully assume it's a sequel to Awakening, given the art style. Someone said prequel because of the nightmare, and I think meh, doubt it. This seems like what Link was doing an entire adventure to reach, like traveling to the island- doesn't seem like he'd be traveling from this adventure to get caught in a dream. The hood connecting to tri force heroes is so... unbelievably out there that I can only assume that was bait to annoy people into discussion 😭

I assumed it takes place after spirit tracks as the sword and bow that link uses look similar to the locomo weapon from the same game. Could therefore take place in the same timeline, maybe after.

Nice version. Even if with such setting, I would place TotK-Sealing War before SS. Indeed, Zelda's sealing power comes in maternal line from Hylia, but this light power that repel evil is said to come from Rauru, whereas Sonia brought the powers over time. Only one conclusion can stands, Hylia have to be a descendent of Rauru & Sonia, maybe even their direct daughter. We can't do otherwise if we want both Rauru and Hylia (through maternal line) to be source of the sealing power. This is somehow supported by the fact that no one knows of the Master-Sword by Rauru's time ... as it hasn't been forged yet. Under this setting, Demise would simply be a creature spawned from the sealed Ganondorf like Calamity Ganon (Demise appear from a rift in the earth after-all). Then Calamities occured leading to BotW & TotK. regarding a timeline split around SS, this is dooable. But the MS and the FS didn't have to be one and the same. The MS is left in the past at the end of SS, and is therefore found in the present when the gate of time is closed (assuming it is the closure of the gate of time that produce the timeline split). Therefore, both timelines have a fully forged MS. But only the "past" timeline, where Demise have been defeated by Link, also have a pristine GS, that will never have to be forged into a MS, and could therefore be forged into the FS during MC. After that nearly everything works, except a small "tension" about ALttP backstory that didn't fit with FSA. Therefore some unseen event have to be added to make the relation.

I went as LTTP Link for Halloween 2022, pink hair and all. I got 2nd place at my work's costume contest.

This could take place after the second sealing of Ganon before Link Between Worlds (since the Imprisoning War mentioned in the game has several contradictions with the one mentioned in ALttP). Or sometime after, due to the presence of the Zoras. It was mentioned by Oren that she wanted to make some peace with the uprising River Zora, but sadly failed by the time the first game came out. OR we may be lucky and this is an actual continuation of the Downfall timeline and it be after Zelda 2. But this is all just speculation. We won't really know until later this year.

Because they give an open handed idea that Conflicting canons happened in Tears of the Kingdom's Breath of the Wild. Basically, Link helped with Terrey Town but probably didn't use the house back at Hateno. So after saving Zelda, he handed her the house. Link's character is the lone guy who doesn't necessarily like to live day by day next to someone, and even if he loves Zelda, he doesn't want to wake up next to her because that could make him uncomfortable. Thus, Link could be traveling across Hyrule instead of staying near Zelda but occasionally coming back. Explaining why no one in Hateno remembers him.
