I’ve always loved Doris Day and I’ve seen all her movies. You can just tell she was an amazing person. But hearing her philosophy on life is just priceless, so wise💕it was inspiring. What a wonderful human being she was. We definitely need more people like her in the world.

I think she loved animals because they filled an empty space in her life….she didn’t get a big chance to be traditional mother…feeding child lovely meals etc…. Something she would have loved…. She was a big hearted lady and wanted to give love to the animals I think she felt she could trust….reliable and appreciative. This was a fun interview!

This interview was painful to watch. How could that panel take a great star and turn it into a painful and awkward segment? Mike Douglas appeared particularly incompetent and Steve Allen a complete bore with his strange fixation on “Northern European wholesomeness.”
